The ideal candidate will have a BS in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in production planning and a strong command of ERP systems. For our client part of a global industrial company, we are seeking a

PRODUCTION PLANNER

Key responsibilities :

• Take ownership of production planning across multiple lines (make to stock and make to order), ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Translate business needs into actionable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.
• Lead the implementation of digital tools (MES, Power BI KPI dashboards, others) to continuously improve and streamline planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve responsiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, throughput, inventory levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and capacity expansion projects as the company scales.

Requirements :

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Managerial or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of ERP systems and planning tools.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Experience with digital transformation projects (e.g., MES implementation, data analytics).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for improvement, innovation, and making things work better.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, sense of ownership, results‑orientation and autonomy are key soft skills to be successful in the role.
