The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in production, ensure safety compliance according to Italian regulations, and manage production processes to achieve high efficiency and quality. This role involves leading the team, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar production environment.
• Experience with safety regulations according to Italian Law.
• Knowledge of planning and ERP principles.
