Responsibilities include managing efficiency KPIs, production programming, and ensuring quality standards. Your role

As Production Supervisor Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs
• Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;
• Management of quality KPIs
• Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.
• Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
• Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…);
• Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
• Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budget
• Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.
• Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.

Main requirements:
• Educational Background: University degree in Engineering
• 6 years of experience
• Proficient using of MS Office (Excel, PPT); first experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
