Your role

We are looking for a role of Production Manager who will join our Barberini Plant based in Pescara.

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.

The Production Manager has the objective of guaranteeing the production volumes, respecting the quality, service and cost performances requested by top management and complying with obligations in terms of safety and the environment.

Main responsibilities
  • guarantee the production output in order to respectthe industrial plans
  • ensure the organization of work, the implementation of improvement plans, the installation of automation andmachinery or systems
  • training and development of the skills of your team (Evaluation of collaborators' performance and management of feedback with a view to development and continuous improvement)
  • Monitoring productivity rates and make adjustments to improve where necessary
  • promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements in terms of Safety and the Environment
Main requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing and automation Engineer is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Good relationship skills
