FUCHS Group in Piemonte, Italy, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. You will coordinate production activities, develop people, and champion continuous improvement to meet ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities include planning resources, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality and HR to sustain operational excellence.

Competenze

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Production/Manufacturing/Operations Management.
  • Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production activities, ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.

You will play a key role in developing people, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.

What We Are Looking For
