A maritime technology company in Lavagna, Italy is seeking a Product Support Representative to assist customers and dealers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Italian, and possess customer support experience. This entry-level full-time position includes responsibilities such as managing inquiries and technical support. Training will be provided, and a hybrid work opportunity is available.

Product Support Representative

Seakeeper changes the way people spend their time on the water. If their Seakeeper isn’t working, you’ll be the first to help them get back up and running. As a Product Support Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, boat builders, and Seakeeper dealers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries (and occasional complaints) by phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Open service cases, enter pertinent information, and provide timely follow‑up.
  • Assist Seakeeper dealers in generating quotes and service orders for spare parts.
  • Provide troubleshooting information around Seakeeper operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Verify and update current warranty information for Seakeeper owners.
  • Edit and distribute service documents internally and externally.
  • Provide technical product and systems assistance to Seakeeper dealers.
What you need to succeed
Must‑haves
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in advanced English and fluent in Italian.
  • Customer and product support experience.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer‑centric attitude at all times.
  • Strong data entry skills and command of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Be professional, responsive, resourceful, and flexible.
  • Superior time management, multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Multilingual in Spanish or French.
  • Experience using NetSuite or another ERP system.
More details you’ll want to know
  • On‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Occasional travel to other office locations and OEM/boat show attendance may be required.
  • You’ll be based at our Lavagna, Italy location with the opportunity to work from home some of the time.
  • You’ll report to the EMEA Product Support Supervisor.
