Competenze

We are looking for a Product Support to join our Sales Support Team. The person will ensure assistance to customers for claims on products and deliveries, cooperating with the Sales Support Department and the Warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for providing first technical assistance to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution. Responsibilities include handling requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, collaborating with other departments, documenting solutions, training users, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor;
  • Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidence of product defect or delivery unrest;
  • Identifying the nature of product defect and sending products for CQ inspections or repair;
  • Producing credit notes in the system;
  • Producing waybills for shipping or repaired products;
  • Creating reports regarding claims and all related information.
Requirements
  • High school graduation;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Spanish or German;
  • Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP;
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Passion for motorsports;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
