MAGROUP - Magnaghi Aerospace is an international company with plants in Italy, the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Canada. The Group has over 80 years of experience in the sector, having produced more than 20.000 landing gear and 40.000 aerostructures for over 10.000 aircraft.

Posizione

For our headquarter in Naples we are looking for a Product & Process Quality Manager to join the Quality Department in a growing and highly challenging environment. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the products released are safe and comply with technical and regulatory requirements and customer specifications throughout all stages of the product life cycle.

Main Activities
  • Interface with customers/suppliers/certification bodies on issues relating to product quality and special processes
  • Support auditing activities at suppliers (with the contribution of the supply chain) and at customers and third parties on issues relating to product quality and special processes
  • Internal auditing for issues relating to Product Quality and Special Processes
  • Support for investigations, contribution to the drafting of corresponding reports, and monitoring of the RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) process for non-conformities on parts and devices
  • Coordination of quality supervisors and delegates distributed throughout production (both workshop and assembly) and maintenance, including performance monitoring (KPIs); including NDT
  • Concurrence with Design Data for BtS programs
  • Coordination of the Documents Office with regard to Concessions to Customers and Suppliers, FAIs, Change Boards, airworthiness certification for devices and parts, and archiving of the corresponding documentation
  • Contribution to the training of personnel belonging to the LG&S division
  • Coordination of resources and activities related to the Metrology Laboratory
  • Contribution to integration, from the perspective of Product Quality and Special Processes, with respect to other LG&S division locations, as well as integration of the Continuous Improvement plan
Requisiti
Hard Skills
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Good knowledge of English (writing and reading)
  • Specific experience in the technical and/or Quality field
  • Knowledge of international aeronautical regulations (P21, P145, EN9100, in particular)
  • Familiarity with RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Actions) and APQP methodologies
  • Knowledge of traditional measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of technical drawing
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.) and knowledge of the SAP system.
