We are looking for a superhero, a bright and passionate talent as a Digital Product Owner, with the aim of supporting our product’s fast growth in all countries we operate.
This is a role designed for professionals with solid product experience who want to take ownership of a growing product area, combining technical integrations with market impact.
Your Mission
- Work in one of our vertical Tribes, focused on third‑party services, in an Agile framework, being involved in the creation of new features and services and managing its growth and quality.
- Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring requirements are fully understood by the Tech team, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in the conception and design of new functions.
- Write awesome requirements.
- Break down all inputs to fit a strategy and product roadmap, combining wild ambition with rationality and pragmatism, aligning all stakeholders in executing the vision.
- Evaluate and analyze external APIs for compatibility with the product, ensuring they meet technical requirements and add value to users, especially in the context of data exchange with agricultural machinery and related services.
- Lead the integration of third‑party systems and services through APIs, ensuring external data and functionalities (e.g., agriculture machinery, weather data providers, DSS providers, etc.) seamlessly enhance the product’s core capabilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other industry partners to ensure seamless integration into the platform.
The Ideal Candidate Possesses
- A minimum of 1‑2 years experience in digital product, with focus on third‑party integrations, API analysis, and agriculture machinery.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to effectively manage development sprints; familiarity with product management and development tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
- Willingness to join an Ag‑Tech environment and learn about agriculture.
- Tech and digital knowledge, know how to deliver product features in alignment with the product strategy.
- Ability to exhibit and manage meetings with interested parties, with confident presentation and storytelling skills.
- Predisposition to problem solving, independence, and self‑organization of the working day.
- Good knowledge of English (B2‑C1).
- Experience working in a super‑innovative, young, fast, efficient environment.
