Position : Product Marketing Specialist

A EUROPEAN ROLE

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support the definition and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies across Europe. The role covers Stellantis brands as well as external partners, acting as the link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, with the dual goal of driving sales growth and accelerating the energy transition.

This position is the voice of the customer within our European HQ teams (Product, Process, R& D, Digital, etc.), ensuring our offers truly meet market needs. You will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager Europe and collaborate with both local country teams and the wider European organization.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Trends
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses, including product benchmarking
  • Track and analyze price evolutions (margins, volumes, competitors) and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Consolidate trends and initiatives related to charging and e-mobility
  • Monitor commercial action plans and initiatives from Stellantis brands and other automotive players in the EV and charging ecosystem
  • Contribute to TAM (Total Addressable Market) assessments to support strategic decisions
Launches & Communication
  • Support the preparation and coordination of product, software, and commercial launches
  • Produce or coordinate marketing and sales materials (presentations, brochures, product sheets, digital content)
  • Ensure message consistency across all channels and markets
  • Deliver effective commercial training and support to internal teams and partners on new offers and innovations
Offer & Pricing
  • Understand customer processes and use cases to prepare clear, impactful presentations
  • Contribute to the definition and formalization of offers
  • Support sales teams with training and sales enablement
  • Participate in building business cases to assess the potential of new offers
  • Create and maintain clear sales enablement resources (pricing catalogues, matrices, guides, etc.)
Marketing & Commercial Campaigns
  • Coordinate operational execution of campaigns : offer mechanics, legal contracts, customer journey, presentations
  • Monitor and track campaign performance (data analysis, reporting, continuous improvements)
Information Sharing & Alignment
  • Act as the bridge between customer / partner questions and the Product team, translating technical inputs into clear messages for Sales and partners
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (CPMS providers, CRM teams, agencies)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across websites, packaging, catalogues, and internal tools
Analysis & Reporting
  • Build and update tracking tools (Excel dashboards, market reports, KPIs)
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing or industrial engineering

1 year of experience in either brand / product management, upstream / downstream marketing, and integration sales required.

Knowledge of, or strong interest in e-mobility, charging solutions and related technologies

Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with flawless writing skills. Proficiency in French or Italian, in addition to native language, is a strong asset

Strong command of Excel and Power Point, with proven ability to create clear and structured deliverables

Appetite for working with digital tools and CRM / ERP platforms : Magento, SAP, Salesforce or similar

Strong customer orientation : able to deeply understand field needs and translate them into concrete actions and clear messages

Solution-driven mindset : comfortable navigating complex processes, finding alternatives, and removing blockers

Resourceful and proactive : eager to "clear the path", search for information, reach out to the right people, and build internal networks

Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Strong communication and coordination skills across international teams

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIN

Work location : Paris (Poissy), Milan or Turin

Hybrid working (an average of 3 days per week in office)
