A luxury jewelry brand in Rome is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to contribute to product strategy and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, a strong understanding of luxury branding and trends, and fluency in English and Italian. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative product marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with the brand's goals.

Bvlgari, within its Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome, is searching for a Product Marketing Manager.

Mission

Contribute to the Product Portfolio strategy and Product Lifecycle of the assigned collection(s), according to the Brand Image, positioning and the market evidence/commercial potential, in order to support the company vision and reach the business objectives in terms of share of market, revenues and margins.

Main Accountabilities
  • Support the top management in the definition of the portfolio Marketing strategy for the Jewelry category, detecting consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, etc., with specific focus on the 3YP and full respect of the budget guidelines
  • Evaluate performance analysis on the collection(s) & the market to identify business opportunities for the category (new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.), analyze consumers and industry trends to address the portfolio evolution
  • Guide the development of the Product Marketing brief according to the brand strategy and execution of the Product Development process with relevant stakeholders. Focus on cooperating with the Design team to develop new creativities through enriched product briefs offering consistent yet innovative storytelling
  • Supervise the product portfolio & product life cycle of the assigned collection(s), and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if needed
  • Implement current year launches cooperating with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments to define product assortments, sales forecast evolution and ensuring product availability
  • Cooperate with Global Brand & Communication department to ensure the right communication plan (campaign, ATL, BTL, events etc.) according to the brand long-term strategy and positioning
  • Coordinate internal team (JBU Marketing) cross-collection activities such as: markets liasing, process-improvements, shootings & campaigns, market researches etc.
Qualifications
  • 3/5 years experience in similar roles, preferably within Jewelry brands.
  • Understanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends
