A leading digital skills academy is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enhance its B2C and B2B2C educational offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product positioning, conducting market analysis, and orchestrating go-to-market strategies. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, strong proficiency in AI, and fluency in both Italian and English. We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C.
In this role, your mission will be to connect Product, Market, and Community—shaping the narrative, validating new opportunities, and orchestrating the overall product experience to drive commercial impact and Talent Garden's brand positioning.
Ideally, you are a Product Marketing professional with a strong strategic and creative mindset, comfortable operating across product, marketing, and commercial teams, and able to connect vision with execution.
You will work with a mix of product marketing, analytics, automation, and content tools. Prior experience with tools such as Typeform, HubSpot, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), AI assistants (e.g. Gemini), and content production tools like Riverside.fm is highly valued.
