A leading analytical solutions firm in Italy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to conduct market research, manage product lifecycle, and support product launches. The ideal candidate should have over three years of experience in the testing and analysis instrument industry or agricultural markets, possess strong analytical skills, and be fluent in English. Frequent business trips are expected.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct industry market research, demand analysis and competitive analysis in the target region and country, explore new products that match market demands or new application opportunities based on existing products, and promptly feed back to the company headquarters.
  2. Be responsible for the research, planning and analysis of business requirements, convert business requirements into product requirements, and write product requirement specification documents.
  3. Assist the product launch, support the sales team to complete the new product launch promotion work, support the product sales target.
  4. Be responsible for the life cycle management of the product, including providing support and coordination for the operation plans and promotion plans in the early, middle and late stages of product launch.
  5. Responsible for analyzing customer demand feedback and understanding internal demands, tracking product operation data, analyzing user feedback, formulating standardized product packages, and optimizing and iterating plans.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering or related fields.
  2. More than three years of working experience as a product manager, with experience in the analysis of the testing and analysis instrument industry or agricultural markets such as feed and grain and oil crops.
  3. Possessing excellent learning ability, one can quickly learn and understand the company's products and applications.
  4. Strong logical thinking ability, good insight and analytical skills, capable of observing products and identifying opportunities from both customer needs and market opportunities perspectives simultaneously.
  5. Fluent in English and able to accept frequent business trips within the region.
