As a DIY Product Manager, you’ll be the link between our HQ in Taipei, distributors, resellers, and the Italian market.

Your mission: shape and execute the product strategy for all MSI DIY components, balancing data‑driven precision with creativity and passion.

Responsibilities

• Define and achieve business objectives across all DIY product lines.
• Analyze markets, trends, and competitors to craft the most effective strategy.
• Set product positioning and pricing for the Italian market.
• Plan forecasts and stock levels to keep supply and demand perfectly balanced.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to reach shared KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and resellers.

In short, you’ll be the director of the DIY hardware scene in Italy. 🎬

What We’re Looking For

• Hold a degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Know (and love) hardware, the IT market, and consumer electronics.
• Be comfortable with advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and ideally Power BI.
• Speak and write fluent English.
• Live in Italy and be ready to thrive in an international environment.
• You see change as an opportunity.
• You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• You know when to lead and when to collaborate.
• You perform well under pressure without losing focus or integrity.
