Job summary

Taghleef Industries (Ti) is seeking a Product Manager to lead relationships with Key Accounts and oversee all product-related activities. This role is based in Italy and involves coordinating with several departments, monitoring product quality, and supporting sales with client collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a technical/chemical degree, English fluency, and is willing to travel. Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent conversion and onboarding program are offered.

Qualifications

• Technical/chemical degree in polymers or related field.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Experience in flexible packaging/labels industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple departments on key product-related activities.
• Monitor product quality development and propose changes.
• Support sales through customer visits, presentations, test planning, and collaboration with clients on new films and applications.
• Collaborate in defining guidelines regarding prices, volumes, terms, and conditions, as well as creating new marketing tools.

We are looking for a Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for managing relationships with Key Accounts and overseeing all product-related activities.

By way of a non-exhaustive example, the Product Manager:

• Coordinates with several Departments on key product-related activities;
• Monitors product quality development and proposes changes and adjustments;
• Supports sales activities through customer visits, presentations, test planning, and collaborates with clients on the development of new films and applications;
• Collaborates in defining guidelines regarding prices, volumes, terms, and conditions, as well as creating new marketing tools.

Requirements

• Technical/Chemical Degree (e.g., Chemical or Material Science, Management Engineering, or studies related to Polymer Science)
• Studies in Business Management or Product Management are a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in the flexible packaging/labels industry is appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel
