A manufacturing company in Italy is seeking a Product Care professional to manage customer inquiries and warranty claims. You will collaborate with product management and development teams and provide technical guidance to customer service and service teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support and product analysis, ensuring high-quality service and documentation.
The Product Care is part of the Business Unit Wood function. The position reports to the Product Manager.
Handle warranty claims, replacements, or repairs.
Track recurring issues or defects reported by customers.
Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Development teams.
Train customer service teams, service technicians, and sometimes sales staff.
Analyze patterns to identify product weaknesses.
Organize service interventions (in-house or outsourced).
Preparing internal documentation for customer service teams.
Work with R&D to prevent future issues.
