An innovative startup studio is seeking a Tech Lead with a strong technical background and a product-oriented mindset. This role involves guiding technical decisions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring business requirements are met. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of software development experience, preferably with a backend focus, and strong communication skills. This position supports flexible working arrangements, allowing for both remote work and collaboration at the Milan office.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with previous experience as Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Solid background in software engineering, preferably backend-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
