Your challenge

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience, ready to take a step up in leadership and responsibility. You’ll drive design decisions that have a direct impact on both our users and the business, while mentoring and coordinating a talented team of designers. What you will do

• Take ownership of an entire product area, from discovery to delivery, ensuring design excellence and consistency.
• Lead by influence : guide, mentor, and inspire other designers, creating alignment and raising the design bar across the company.
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
• Partner closely with PMs and engineers to shape product strategy and roadmap through design.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability across teams and products.
• Champion a culture of design excellence, ensuring design has a strong voice in company decisions.

What you need to succeed

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong track record of shipping successful digital products (SaaS or fintech is a big plus).
• Proven experience in taking ownership of product areas and influencing stakeholders through design.
• Mastery of Figma ❤️, from discovery to prototyping to polished UI.
• Data-Driven Design - Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform product strategy.
• Solid expertise in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design.
• Strong communication skills : you know how to explain design rationale and bring stakeholders on board.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and passion for AI-driven design and exploring new approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring other designers or coordinating design processes in a team.
• Background in fintech or SaaS.
• Ability to connect design choices to business impact and KPIs.
• Interest in motion design, micro-interactions, and storytelling through design.
