A furniture manufacturing company in Friuli-Venezia Giulia is looking for a Product Design Assistant - Furniture. You will assist in the design of new products, create technical drawings and 3D models, and collaborate with production teams. A Bachelor’s degree in design and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required. The role emphasizes creativity and teamwork, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Design Assistant - Furniture to join our dynamic team at PT. Kreatif Abadi Konsep in Badung, Bali. As a fulltime member of our Manufacturing & Design division, you will play a vital role in supporting our furniture product design and development processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the conceptualization and design of new furniture products
• Developing technical drawings, sketches, and 3D models to bring design ideas to life
• Collaborating closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
• Researching market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform the design process
• Providing support throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to product designs

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial design, product design, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a furniture design or product design role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for furniture design and a keen interest in the latest industry trends
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
