Xylem seeks a Product Compliance & Certification Specialist to ensure our electromechanical products meet global safety and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and external bodies to support development, market access, and certification activities.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Environmental Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in product compliance or related fields.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in product compliance, certification, product safety, or related technical fields.
• Ability to interpret technical standards and test reports.

THE ROLE

The Product Compliance & Certification Specialist is responsible for ensuring product compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and certification requirements across global markets. The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, customers, and certification bodies to support product development, market access, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulations, standards, and market requirements for electromechanical products
• Support Product Management and Engineering in defining and maintaining compliant product specifications
