Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, handling contract negotiations, and executing procurement activities in line with company standards. Tasks include researching and identifying cost-effective sourcing strategies, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

  • Experience with Purchase Orders and efficient procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Proven ability in Contract Negotiation and understanding contract terms
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk assessment
  • Background in Procurement; knowledge of best practices and industry standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantage
