We are currently looking for a Category Sourcing Specialist - Direct that will mainly ensure :

• Promotes and manages the process of optimization of suppliers through scouting actions, managing relations with suppliers and proceeding with their evaluation;
• Works on the development of market researches and procurement analysis, analyzing the costs structure, critical areas, alternative sources and best performers;
• Supports procurement planning related to new technology transfers, new investments and support services;
• Takes care of reporting and follow-up activities about fixed goals, contributing to the evolution of analysis and monitoring activities;
• Manages autonomously, for the area of competence, the flow of activities of the entire purchasing process, from the selection and qualification of suppliers to the negotiation up to the verification of the correct order entry on the management system;
• Guarantees the correct materials and services ' purchasing, negotiating price lists and framework agreements;

Main Requirements:

• Master's Degree (Economics or tech would be a plus)
• Professional knowledge of english
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in complex organizations
• Great Can-do attitude
