Responsibilities

• Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers
• Perform Potential supplier assessment PSA
• Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely effective and efficient quality resolutions
• Manage supplier crisis with on‑site support within 24 hrs when required
• Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements
• Develop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook
• Improve quality performance of suppliers running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are : mechanical electronics aeronautical chemical industrial processes
• 2 years thereof 1 years experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing / Supplier Quality or Engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes procedures tooling equipment and facilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of probability statistical quality control and design of experiments
• Knowledge of the Commodity structure and its processes
• Knowledge about quality management and value analysis
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexibility Ability to work under pressure initiative capacity of teamwork social and intercultural competency
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
• Technical and Quality Certifications are a plus
