Job summary

Vestas Blades Italia seeks a Professional in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment to lead production processes, collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvements at the blade manufacturing plant in Italy. You will ensure documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination support high-quality, compliant production.

The role requires a Master's in Engineering, fluency in Italian and English, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with focus on manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication with a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production environments is highly appreciated
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
• Experience with ERP or quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms)

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the activities needed to deliver efficient, timely factory processes
• Translate production basis to local language
• Set up production processes according to the production strategy
• Collaborate with Maintenance for equipment upkeep to meet operational requirements
• Prepare and maintain necessary production documentation
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on processes and setup
• Address issues related to production process performance
• Identify key potentials and implement improvement actions
• Improve existing production processes to support continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Quality, IT, and cross-plant teams to ensure compliance
• Engage with Manufacturing Tools & Equipment to secure knowledge of production strategy
• Provide timely support to shifts and project needs
• Manage change control of processes, routings, and warehousing
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned
