Fater S.P.A. in Pescara is seeking a motivated intern to join the Pescara Plant Operations and help transform manufacturing and logistics for global markets.

You will analyze production flows, apply lean methods, reduce scrap, and contribute to projects while enjoying a monthly internship allowance and access to the company restaurant.

This role offers hybrid work, English in international setting, and a chance to grow alongside experienced professionals in a people‑first environment.

Competenze

Master's degree in Management/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering required.
Fluency in English (B2 or higher) for international environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving mindset.
Ownership, accountability and purpose-driven focus.

You'll join our Pescara Plant Operations, where ideas are built into real solutions that transform the way we manufacture and move products across the world.
