Amaris Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to join our international, dynamic team in Italy. You will execute FAT/SAT on automated equipment, perform OQ/PQ validation, and draft documentation in English while identifying process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce scrap.

The role requires an engineering degree, willingness to travel within Italy, and fluency in Italian with good English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing global environment with

Competenze

Experience in process engineering in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience with FAT, SAT and process validation activities.
Knowledge of statistical methods and DOE, cp/k, Gage R&R, t-tests.
Familiarity with plastic transformation technologies and related tooling.
Engineering degree and ability to draft technical documents in English.

Mansioni

Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of automated equipment at suppliers’ sites in Italy.
Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of the equipment and support start-up.
Perform OQ – PQ validation and draft related documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR).
Identify process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency.
Draft operational instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
