What you will do

tesa, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self‑adhesive products and system solutions, is seeking an engineer to support Team Process for a dedicated assortment, driving process performance, optimisation, and innovation of coating process within a dynamic team environment. The candidate will report directly to the Team Leader Process.

  • Supporting the team Process, ensuring the repeatability and optimisation of production processes, guaranteeing the appropriate level of quality and productivity.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) of the production process (scrap, productivity, deviations from production standards, non‑conformities, and complaints).
  • Identifying optimal line settings to ensure repeatability in production processes while maintaining quality and production standards.
  • Ensuring the adequacy and timely updates of specific production operating instructions and manufacturing instructions for each approved product.
  • Taking part in root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures upon quality deviations, according to the "8D" and "failure analysis" processes.

What you will need
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Materials, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience (internships or thesis projects count) in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with tools like DoE, FMEA, SPC and time‑methods.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset, ability to prioritise and to work in a team.
  • Work with attention to safety, quality, and customer‑centric approach.
