IoTagroup in Milan, Italy seeks a process engineer to develop and maintain process solutions that are safe and aligned with company standards. The role covers updating PFDs, HM balances, P&IDs and Safety Logic Diagrams, as well as performing process simulations for Plant and Wellpad areas.

The candidate will participate in safety studies, document updates during modification close-out, and assist with equipment procurement, including bid evaluation and contract administration.

Competenze

• Experience developing Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets.
• Experience updating P&IDs and Safety Logic Diagrams.
• Knowledge of HAZID/HAZOP/PR studies and site modification reviews.

Assignment Context

We are seeking expertise in process engineering to develop fit-for-purpose and safe-by-design process solutions that align with our company Referential. The scope of work includes developing and updating Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications for Process Units . Additionally, expertise is required to develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams following site modifications or surveys. The role involves performing process simulations and maintaining up-to-date models of Plant and Wellpad areas . Participation in site surveys for requested modifications and involvement in project safety studies reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, and PR as a Process and Flow Assurance subject matter expert is essential. The expertise will also validate new revisions of as-built documents during engineering and for modification close-out, and assist with the procurement of equipment as per process specifications, including bid evaluation and contract administration .

Objectives and Deliverables

• Develop and implement process solutions that are safe and aligned with company standards.
• Update and maintain accurate Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets .
• Ensure Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams are current and reflect site modifications.
• Conduct process simulations and maintain models for Plant and Wellpad areas .
• Participate in safety studies and validate process documentation for engineering and modification close-out.
• Support equipment procurement processes , including bid evaluation and contract administration .
