Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curiousProcess Engineerwith Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy, Cesena).

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!

Your Impact

• New products start up
• Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs
• Define factory and assembly line layout
• Define internal logistic flows
• Define production Standard Time
• Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
• Experience in new product startup
• Experience in assembly process
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, etc)
• Experience in production standard time definition
• Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
• Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
• Team player with strong leadership
• Strong practical sense
• Italian and English fluency
• Availability for national and international business trips
