A lasting Private Physician appointment has been commissioned by a private family in Dubai, open to UK & European-trained clinicians. The appointment suits a methodical private physician who values an enduring working relationship. Tenure with this family means joining their summers on the Mediterranean and their time in London, so the family never has to start again with someone new. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family employs you directly, while we limit ourselves to introducing and verifying. Requirements A qualified family medicine physician (GP) carrying a valid medical registration in the UK or Europe. A minimum of 2 years of post-registration clinical practice. Only candidates schooled in UK and European training and licensing frameworks. You must speak English fluently, with strict adherence to the family's confidentiality terms. Your professional registration needs to be active throughout the appointment. Your referees are spoken to as a matter of course. Benefits You will receive £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is provided, and relocation is arranged by the family to support a lasting move. Your leave is paid, and the family funds flights home, giving the role real permanence. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
