The University of Trento invites applications for a six-year fixed-term position in Private Law (GIUR-01/A). The annual gross salary is about 50,000 Euros and the role combines research and teaching duties within the Department of Economics and Management.

Teaching duties follow the annual programme and may include courses in the three-year degree programmes and doctoral programmes; English lectures may be included. Excellent English and adequate Italian proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• The researcher will work in Private Law GIUR-01/A.
• Teaching duties include courses in the department's programmes.
• English language proficiency required at excellent level.
• Italian language knowledge sufficient to handle teaching load.
• Maximum publications to be presented: 12.
• The post is for six-year period; full-time hours (32 per week).

Responsabilités

• Carry out research in Private Law GIUR-01/A with emphasis on European harmonization effects on traditional private-law categories.
• Develop and deliver teaching activities for the three-year degree programmes and doctoral programmes; lectures in English may be included.
• Adhere to Department guidelines for research and teaching activities.
