AC PRIVATE - A List Concierge is seeking an exceptional private chef to serve a discerning private clientele in Naples. The role requires designing bespoke menus in residence or while travelling, with discretion and a high standard of presentation.

The opportunity offers an assignment-based collaboration and the chance to join a discreet, prestigious international network, serving HNWI and family offices with bespoke remuneration and a high level of flexibility.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a private household, palace hotel or Michelin kitchen.

The opportunity :

AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking an exceptional private chef to serve a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI and family offices in the heart of Chiaia, Posillipo and the seafront residences. You will craft bespoke cuisine within our clients' residences, villas and yachts, with the discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only.

Your Responsibilities

• Design personalised menus, from the family table to gala dinners, in residence in Naples and while travelling.
• Source the finest seasonal produce from the artisans and houses of Naples.
• Adapt every service to the most demanding diets, allergies and preferences.
• Orchestrate private receptions, business dinners and confidential events.
• Manage orders, the cellar and the impeccable running of the kitchen.

Required Profile

• Proven experience in a private household, palace hotel or Michelin-starred kitchen.
• Creativity, rigour and an absolute sense of detail.
• Impeccable discretion and refined presentation.
• Great flexibility and availability for international mobility.
• Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
