Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect for Core Retail Systems. You will shape the technology foundation enabling omnichannel growth across stores, e-commerce, loyalty, merchandising, supply chain, and enterprise platforms.

You will partner with product, engineering and business leaders to design scalable platforms, establish governance, roadmaps and standards, and mentor architecture teams across portfolios while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 12+ years in architecture with leadership across multi-domain portfolios.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture practices, roadmaps, and cost/value modeling.
• Exceptional communication, executive influence, and decision framing.
• Strong understanding of GenAI & Agentic patterns, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and model serving.
