A leading online luxury group is seeking a Pricing Specialist to manage pricing strategies and analyze data for effective commercial decisions. This entry-level role requires a Master's degree in Management Engineering and proficiency in Excel. You'll be responsible for uploading pricing lists, monitoring competitiveness, and collaborating with the Buying team. Ideal candidates should have experience in e-commerce or fashion, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal skills. A hybrid work environment is offered in Bologna or Milan.

Reporting into: Pricing Manager YOOX.

Responsibilities
  • Upload Pricing List on yoox.com;
  • Monitor pricing to ensure that the objectives are achieved (sales/marginality);
  • Monitor the ongoing competitiveness and profitability of online product prices;
  • Work with the Buying team to develop effective commercial strategies;
  • Manage yoox.com pricing procedure and process;
  • Create analysis and reports to develop actual strategies/models and roll out the new ones to ensure timely response to different market conditions;
  • Suggest and drive pricing excellence initiatives, defining the main pricing levers (full price levers);
  • Continuously enhance the Pricing business logic by providing ongoing analysis.
Qualifications
  • Master degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistical Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in e‑commerce, fashion or fashion consultancy industry is required.
  • Quantitative research and data analytic skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyse data in a complex contest to support pricing model.
  • Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of SQL will be considered as a strong plus.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Multi‑tasking and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results driven.
  • Self‑motivated and team‑oriented.
