Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a Pricing Lead for the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team. This role partners with regional teams to shape and implement pricing strategy across markets, translating strategic vision into actionable models and tools.

The successful candidate will drive pricing decisions, monitor performance and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Demand Planning and LSCM to balance opportunities with operational constraints.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem solving; connect analysis with business impact.
• Hands-on experience with models and data; proficient in Excel; PowerBI and SAP beneficial.

About The Role

We are looking for a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team.

The role combines strategic support and business partnering, with a strong analytical foundation. The candidate will support the Head of Consumer Pricing in defining and evolving the European Consumer pricing strategy and act as a key point of contact for assigned regions to drive its implementation in the markets.

This role requires the ability to understand the strategic vision, contribute to shaping it, and translate it into concrete models, tools and actions.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.

Experience (years):

• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset.
• Structured problem solving.
• Ability to connect analysis with business impact.
• Hands-on experience working with models and data.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; With PowerBI, Pricing managment softwares and SAP as a nice to have

Languages Skills:

• Full working proficiency in English; any other European language is a nice to have.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand strategic vision and contribute to shaping it.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete models, tools and actions.

The salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: € 33.872 - € 70.000
