Job summary

IRCA Group in Italy seeks a Pricing Analyst to join the Finance team. You will prepare quotations and tenders based on market dynamics and ensure timely contract booking with sourcing.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations while helping roll out ERP systems like Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, 3+ years’ experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with SFDC and Infor, and good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of pricing quotations and contract booking.
• Pricing responsibility for the business’s strategic customers and quotes.
• Active role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiations.
• System implementation and usage M3, CPQ.
• Support the completion of the Pricing process for the business unit.
• Aid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budget.
• Become an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where required.

Purpose of Position:

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, the role of the Pricing Analyst is a key part of the Finance team.

The objective of the role is to prepare product quotations / tenders based on up to date market dynamics while ensuring timely contract booking with sourcing.

The role will also involve business partnering with the Sales Teams, Marketing, R&D, Operations while also helping to role out ERP systems Salesforce CPQ.

This person will need to be a detail orientated, self-starter with a broad business mindset who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team and acts with drive, determination and resilience and has an ability to build strong cross functional relationships and challenge the status quo.

• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English.

• Location: Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites.
• Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
