We are seeking a visionary and strategic

PREMIUM BRAND EXPERIENCE MANAGER

to join our Fantastic Italy team, in Milan.

He / she will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategy and exclusive luxury events to enhance a brand's reputation and visibility,

The goal is to attract and engage VIP clients and media, securing positive press coverage and fostering strong stakeholder relations, particularly within the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement innovative PR, and event strategies that align with the brand's objectives and maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, strategic relationships with journalists, influencers, key opinion leaders, and VIP clients to secure media coverage and exclusive event invitations.
  • Create compelling narratives, press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that embody the brand's voice and values.
  • Plan, budget, and execute high-profile events such as product launches, fashion shows, gala dinners, and private client experiences.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, product, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and provide reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop proactive strategies and manage crisis communications to mitigate potential risks and protect the brand's reputation.
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities for strategic partnerships and joint marketing initiatives with other entities.
