About The Role

We are looking for a native Italian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join our international team on a project in the hospitality industry. This freelance, part‑time position focuses on prequalifying leads, managing databases, and contacting potential partners in the vacation rental sector. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy client outreach, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in structured, goal‑oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prequalify leads and assess fit based on specific criteria.
  • Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
  • Manage client‑provided databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners to explore vacation rental opportunities.
  • Encourage registrations on the client’s platform.
Candidate Profile
  • Native-level Italian with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in conducting phone conversations (both warm and cold calls).
  • Experience in lead qualification or pre‑sales is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using CRM/database tools.
  • Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and proactive.
  • Strong time management and collaboration abilities.
Specific Skills Needed
  • Strong Communication & Persuasion: Ability to engage property owners, handle objections, and build rapport.
  • Cold Calling & Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales.
  • Lead Prequalification & Qualification: Skill in assessing interest and ensuring leads meet client criteria.
  • CRM & Database Management: Comfortable updating and tracking outreach data accurately.
  • Goal‑Oriented & Independent: Ability to meet KPIs and contribute to conversion targets.
  • Active Listening & Problem‑Solving: Understand client needs and effectively position the platform as a valuable solution.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Manage calls, follow‑ups, and lead handovers efficiently.
Project Tasks
  • Conduct cold calls to property owners to introduce the client’s platform and assess their interest in listing vacation rentals.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
  • Forward qualified leads to the Sales Manager for further follow‑up and conversion.
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations with homeowners to understand their needs.
  • Participate in monthly meetings to review performance, KPIs, and improvement strategies.
Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)

Total: 20 hours per week

Shift Timings
  • Monday to Friday: Morning 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Monday to Thursday: Afternoon 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Technical Requirements
  • Stable broadband internet connection (LAN required).
  • Desktop or laptop with Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.
  • Minimum specifications: 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space.
  • Wired USB headset.
