A leading aerospace company in Cascina Costa seeks a qualified Analyst for their Product Recovery & Improvement team. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing investigations to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with Customer Support teams. Applicants must possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Product Recovery & Improvement (PR&I) is committed to pursue and implement improvement to the original design taking into consideration the feedback coming from in-service experience, with the aim to enhance products reliability and Customer satisfaction.
The request is for one additional member for the PR&I Team. It would be desirable, but not binding, a person having already competencies in a D&D department. Some experience with Maintenance disciplines and with fleets customers' needs would be a valuable skill. In a role of Analyst he / she will be in charge of :
[ 1 ] managing both as primary driver or in support to Technical Disciplines the analysis, the investigation, the proposal and the deployment of solutions to fix in-service failures and lacks of performance
[ 2 ] preparation of technical reports in support of the investigation and analyses tasks (preferred language is English)
[ 3 ] preparation of technical reports in support of Maintenance documentation tasks, being partner of Customer Support teams in ensuring the correct implementation into the Maintenance documentation
[ 4 ] proof reader of documentation submitted by third parties for evaluation
Master degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in Engineering (Technical Disciplines and / or CPE Office and / or Sustaining Engineering) and / or Production (FAL and / or Manufacturing Engineering) and / or Customer Support (Product Support Engineering).
English language knowledge is requested.
