Università degli Studi di Trieste invites applications for a research position addressing the implementation of restorative justice within the Italian legal system, with a focus on Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The project includes empirical fieldwork through semi-structured interviews with criminal defense lawyers and judges, conducted partly at the Camera Penale di Trieste, over a four-month period with tutoring from the institution's staff.
