One post-doctoral positions is available to advance the understanding of the socio-economics of climate change using innovative research methods from computational, behavioural and complexity sciences.
Position: Post-doctoral position
The selected applicants will join a new research team led by Prof. Massimo Tavoni, at Politecnico di Milano (Department of Management and Economics). The project is funded by the European Research Council (ERC), with the aim of advancing the understanding of individual and group behaviour in climate change mitigation and energy efficiency, as well as developing a new class of integrated assessment or agent based models. The selected applicant is expected to begin their assignment in Fall 2015 or early 2016 in Milan, Italy. Positions will last between 2 and 4 years, with yearly evaluations. Gross salary is negotiable and competitive with other research and academic institutions. The candidates should have a Phd (or be close to completion) in either computational economics/science, or complex systems/networks
