Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated team member to support and execute our pop-up set ups for the Italian market

The position requires extensive travel (70% travel – 30% office-based), as this role will be responsible for pop-up set-ups and sales activities for the Italian market. The role is based in Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of pop-up events, including hands-on on-site presence at each location
  • Organize team travel and logistics, coordinating venues, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with venue partners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless execution
  • Manage product orders and ensure accurate quantities for every pop-up location
  • Oversee the setup and dismantling of pop-up spaces, maintaining high standards throughout
  • Actively engage with customers on-site, contributing to sales goals and creating a memorable shopping experience

  • You bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in retail, pop-up stores, and event management, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • You are highly organized, with excellent logistical and planning skills that ensure every project runs smoothly
