The ideal candidate will assist in field operations, manage administrative duties, and maintain high-quality customer service standards. You must have strong communication skills and proficiency in software such as Excel and QuickBooks. This position offers competitive hourly pay and the potential for overtime while being part of a committed, personable team aimed at service excellence.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in pool repair and service.
• A valid FL driver's license with a good driving record.
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Assist in field operations and administrative duties including inspections and quality control.
• Answering calls and dispatching/scheduling appointments.
• Providing quotes and managing inventory.

We are looking to add to our team a results-driven Inside Sales Professional with 2-5 years of experience specializing in pool repair and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field operations and administrative duties, including inspections, estimates, and quality control
• Answering calls
• Dispatching / Scheduling Appointments
• Providing Quotes
• Product knowledge to explain and serve customers and complete sales
• Inventory control

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and Google Drive
• A high degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
• Valid FL driver's license with a good driving record
• Pre-employment background check

Compensation

$22 - $28 hourly plus overtime
