A luxury jewelry brand in Milan is seeking a High Jewelry & Heritage Manager to define the product strategy and lead new collections. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of product marketing experience in high jewelry, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in Italian and English. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a diverse and dynamic team.

Our Mission

We are currently looking for a High Jewelry & Heritage Manager to join our Pomellato Product Marketing team based in Milan HQ.

How you will contribute

• Define and implement the product strategy for High Jewelry, in line with the brand's image and business objectives.
• Develop new collections, in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Creativity, Stones, Product Development and Production), ensuring that quality, costs and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate the development of 360 tools with brand and sales team to ensure successful launches, and appropriate visibility and desirability.
• Monitor the product portfolio, manage product lifecycle and inventory.
• Lead the pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across the range.
• Analyze product performance and competition, identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Create training tools on new collections for sales team.
• Support brand and regional events, ensure proper product selection and presentation, and provide assistance with collection presentation and product handling.
• Manage and curate the Heritage collections, including leading the acquisition of significant historical pieces.
• Support brand initiatives such as exhibitions and special projects by providing expertise and access to the Heritage collections.
• Manage a team of 3 reports.

Who you are

• Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, primarily acquired in the High Jewelry industry.
• Previous experience in people management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Luxury market and strong product sensibility.
• Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and creativity. Business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point).
• Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
