For one of my customer we are looking for a operations PMO for an Integration Program.

The PMO supports the Operations organization in steering a complex integration program across 3 legal entities, multiple countries and functions. The role ensures governance, coordination and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.

The PMO acts as the central point for planning, prioritization, progress tracking, risk management and communication, guaranteeing alignment of all stakeholders and timely delivery of program milestones.

Skills & Qualification:

• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, procurement processes and quality systems.
• Experience in plant restructuring, facility layout planning, and industrial program deployment.
• Ability to read and interpret business plans, financial analyses and operational KPIs.
• Experience in multinational industrial environments, preferably with integration or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management with multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, negotiate priorities and drive alignment.
• Confidentiality, resilience and teamwork orientation.
• 7+ years in Operations, PMO, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain roles in complex multinational manufacturing organizations.
• Prior experience with integration, transformation, or restructuring programs.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields.
• International exposure strongly preferred.
• English fluency; other languages are a plus.
