PMO IT Banking – BIP

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy

We are looking for a PMO IT Banking professional to join our team and drive projects for financial services, including banking, insurance, and payment service providers.

Responsibilities

As a PMO, you will:

• Act as a PMO for IT projects within the banking domain.
• Design and map business processes.
• Assist in technology solution selection.
• Draft operational procedures, process maps, operational guides, and vademecum.
• Prepare periodic SMART reports, provide support reports, conduct process analysis and IT governance.
• Ensure project alignment with P&L value initiatives and enterprise value/share value goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting firms with banking‑related projects.
• Experience as a PMO of IT projects.
• Proficiency in process design and mapping.
• Knowledge of technology solution selection.
• Strong documentation skills (procedures, guides, vademecum).
• Experience producing SMART periodical reports and supporting IT governance.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent analytical, summarisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, capacity to plan and manage time.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to manage stress.
