Sma, Llc in Poland is seeking a PLM System Engineer to manage Siemens Teamcenter PLM infrastructure, deployments and optimization across the application lifecycle. The role interfaces development, operations and support teams to coordinate improvements and ensure reliable environments.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, deployment of new versions, support for Polish Teamcenter users, and collaboration with internal departments to optimize environments.

Competenze

• 3+ years of IT experience in PLM infrastructure and deployments.
• Experience deploying Siemens Teamcenter and related software packages.
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across locations.

Mansioni

• Own IT infrastructure for Siemens Teamcenter PLM at SMA.
• Deploy new application versions and packages; support Teamcenter deployment.
• Coordinate with SMA Poland HQ support team.
• Continuously optimize Teamcenter environments with internal teams.
• Oversee backup mechanisms and incident resolution.
• Provide training and know-how transfer to teams and providers.
• Lead project and operational optimization for new environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
