An automotive technology company is seeking an IT Process Management - Engineering Process professional to join the team in Sant’Agata Bolognese. The successful candidate will focus on process optimization within the R&D Department, manage relations with business partners, and ensure effective project management. Candidates should have a technical university degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, with fluency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus. • 3-5 years of experience in Automotive or similar industries.
• Fluent English; Italian and German will be considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Support R&D Department and Model Lines in process optimization.
• Act as a business enabler suggesting high value solutions.
• Coordinate the adoption activities for PLM redesign.
• Manage relations with business partners.
• Ensure consistent project portfolio definition.
• Organize and implement projects from requirement collection to deployment.
• Collaborate in high-level solution design.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of product development processes in automotive industry

Knowledge of design & test management processes

Good working knowledge of PLM applications (Windchill)

Good working knowledge of CAD data management (CAD-PLM integration)

Experience in process analysis and design

Experience in Project Management

Knowledge of general IT Processes

SW lifecycle management, SW release management

Knowledge of ITIL Framework & Agile methodologies

Knowledge of the Systems Engineering approach

Knowledge of Vehicle Electric/Electronic architecture and SW development

Knowledge of project management / resource planning applications

Experience in projects related to CAx, ALM systems

Experience in projects related to IoT, AI, VR/AR
