An engineering consulting firm is seeking a PLC Technician for their Cesena office in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Controls Distributed Systems and PLC programming. They will work on diverse projects within the automation sector, contributing valuable expertise to the team. A full driving license and proficiency in Italian and English are required.

Mission:

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a PLC Technician - Automation sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

Technical skills:

• Good understanding of Controls Distributed Systems
• Good understanding of PLC programming – be able to write, and test Dematic standard PLC software under guidance and supervision
• Good knowledge of Controls Systems in Logistics/Automated Warehouse
• Good understanding of Industrial Networks such as Profinet, Profibus, ASi, EthernetIP or similar
• Knowledge of Controls Distributed Systems
• Full driving licence

Soft skills:

• Italian (at least B2)
• English (at least B1)

Others:

• Full driving licence
