Applied Materials Italia in Treviso area is seeking a PLC Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software for industrial automation of semiconductor equipment. You will work with PLC programming (TwinCAT Beckhoff), C/C++, C#, and .NET across global teams.

Qualificações

• Post Diploma ITS with related experience or University Degree in Computer Science, Software/System Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related field.
• English proficiency: Fluent in speaking and writing.
• Solid knowledge of PLC programming languages (preferred: TwinCAT – Beckhoff).

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype, and develop moderately complex software solutions for industrial automation and semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and maintain PLC software applications (preferred: TwinCAT – Beckhoff).
• Create common software modules and libraries for use across multiple products.
• Prepare software documentation and test procedures.
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities on‑site.

As a Software Engineer at Applied Materials, you’ll dive deep into ground‑breaking technologies—like machine learning and AI—to craft novel software solutions that solve our customers’ high‑value problems. • Entry Level: 34.000 - 40.000 EUR (13 installments)
• Medium Level: 40.000 - 48.000 EUR (13 installments)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
